1. Products and Custom Orders

All rugs are individually handcrafted to order using premium alpaca wool and linen, with full traceability from animal to finished product.

  • Every rug is unique; slight variations in color, texture, or weave are a natural characteristic of the materials and the artisanal process.
  • Custom or bespoke rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.
  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance; natural variations are part of the product’s authenticity.

2. Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website and confirmed with payment.
  • Prices are displayed in [your currency] and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment is processed securely via our third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Rugs are carefully packaged in protective magnetic closure boxes for safe delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout; delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Under EU regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
  • Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our rugs, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Claims must be submitted immediately upon receipt of the product via info@aureep.com.

6. Intellectual Property
