- Custom or bespoke rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

2. Orders and Payment
- All orders must be placed through our website and confirmed with payment.

- Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled.

- Due to the bespoke nature of our rugs, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- Claims must be submitted immediately upon receipt of the product via info@aureep.com.
